The service is completely free of charge and without any obligation. You have the freedom to choose your budget and only pay for the items you decide to keep.

Here's how it works: First, you fill out a questionnaire to provide your style preferences and sizes, as well as set your budget. Then, you can either book a phone call with your stylist or order your box online. Your stylist will handpick a selection of clothes for you, and you have the option to receive them as a surprise or provide feedback before the delivery. You have seven days to try everything on at home, and if something doesn't suit you, you can send it back for free. You will only be charged for the items you keep.

The OUTFITTERY App offers additional features such as the ability to contact your stylist, swipe to indicate your style preferences, check your order status, provide feedback on your last order, and get inspired by the weekly Showroom update.
